ENGAGE In Prayer

ENGAGE was a revelation given to create a way to engage people with God and one another in prayer. As God’s word is spoken, faith grows–because faith comes from hearing the Word. ENGAGE makes prayer approachable, powerful, and personal, while also allowing people to feel comfortable praying out loud.

ENGAGE In Prayer Instructions:

Select a category that fits your prayer focus and choose a card from that category. Read the Scripture on the card quietly and listen to what the Holy Spirit places on your heart. Read the Scripture aloud, then pray a simple prayer using that passage—for yourself or for a person or situation God brings to mind. Speak from the heart and let God’s Word lead.

ENGAGE In Prayer Examples:

ENGAGE works well in small groups, homes, churches, and prayer gatherings. Each person selects a card and takes turns reading the Scripture aloud. Use the scripture on the card as the theme of your prayer. Pray for one another, leaders, or specific needs. Let scripture guide and shape each prayer.

ENGAGE In Prayer On The Go:

Carry a card that brings peace, strength, or encouragement. Pray it throughout the day.  Use it when praying with others or during a hospital visit, for example. Let God’s Word anchor your prayers in any situation.
